I rented a lot to move onto. I didnt rent a mobile home. Had to put up a 200.00 deposit. Fullfilled my 1 year contract. Gave the required notice of moving date of April 1st. Lot was spotless when i moved. Guess i got the april fool joke played on me. Been now 5 months and still cant get my deposit back. If you font have money to throw away dont rent in this park.
