Not such a good place
The owner of this place works really hard to keep up the homes here with very little help from a lot of the tenets. She is a good person and helps a lot of people. Some homes are vacant and need minor repair. If one is needed for rental she will get it ready. If she works on them before needed hoodlums and such from around the area just vandalize them so this could be nicer but it's not all the owners fault..
