Worst place ever! I lived here for about 6 months. I complained about the mold growing in my unit for at least 3 months to the office staff, Hannah & Irene. Finally it became unbearable. My entire closet was mold infested. The living room window was digusting. I begged for help from Irene, her only suggestion was that I move (within 3-4 days to avoid being charged a full months rent) or live in it. Horrible! Not the mention the amenities that I was paying for either didnt work half the time, or was never available.

By far the worst apartment complex I've ever had the displeasure of living in. Customer service is the worst. I've lived here 21 months, and renewed my lease after 12 months. I will not renew my lease again. My air conditioner broke some time while I was on vacation. I discovered it Saturday when I got home. I called to have it repaired. Because the outside temperature was supposedly less than 84 degrees, they would not send a repairman and would not notify management until Monday morning. It was pouring down rain so I could not open windows. I had to have my front door open and my deck door open until I went to bed. Then I had to suffer in 95 degree indoor heat so I could be safe (doors closed and locked). I called again on Sunday when Weather Channel's Byron temp was 84 degrees. I was told that her computer did not read 84, it was 83 degrees, but they would let management know on Monday that I still needed my A/C repaired. I called again in 30 minutes, and miraculously, her computer said it was the magic 84 degrees, and they would page a repairman. He called and came by about an hour later. It was still 90+ degrees in my apt even with doors and windows open. He told me that there was nothing he could do until Monday morning because a compressor had to be ordered. He offered one window unit for the master bedroom. That meant that I still had no other relief in the rest of the apartment. Great. Monday morning came and I called the office again. They were aware of the problem and they had ordered the part. It would be in on Tuesday. Tuesday was hot and humid, and then it rained again. Still 90+ degrees in my apartment with no relief. Tuesday came and went with NO PHONE CALL. I had to call again to be informed that the part came late. It would be Wednesday before anything could be fixed. I had to call again Wed morn and I was told that the repairman had the part and that he was looking for tools. It was not installed until noon.

Not bad but the gated community quote on the website is a lie. I have lived there for over 6 months and can count on one hand how many days the gates work. I have had 2 of my vehicles damaged from people who did not live there and should not have been there. Their security systems are a joke. The last apartment complex I lived at you had to have a parking pass in your window or your vehicle was towed that night. There are too many people coming and going as they please who don't live there.

Just renewed my lease for another year. Quiet, safe community with great amenities :) I love the location and convenience to the interstate!

I recommend it! I rented a 2br last year, sight unseen. I moved from Missouri and couldnt look at a unit before renting. The pictures look like the units. the kitchens dont have updated, stainless appliances but it is still nice. Everything was in good condition. Staff is great. There is a lot of turnover but they still manage to know you by name. Maintenance is timely and efficient. They are friendly, respectful, and professional. Bad things were how thin the walls are. Sometimes i could hear the neighbors next to me yelling but that is only if I was in the master and they were in their master. I lived on the first floor so that sucked. You can hear the neighbors upstairs if they dropped something, walked heavy, jumped, run....especially families with kids. But what can you do...I had 2 different upstairs neighbors and they were both loud. So i know its not necessarily them....its how the place was built. If you get a 2nd floor, then you should be good. The area is very safe! Ive only heard of one car theft in the past 3 years that thats because the owner didnt lock their car. i actually left my car unlocked accidentally quite a few times and never had issues. You can walk around at night and feel secure. No one is loud or plays loud music, (anywhere around me). I recommend it to anyone looking for a new place

At NO TIME did I ever get an apology or even a "sorry that this happened." Not once. EVERY time I called the office I got excuses and attitude. EVERY single time I called they were rude. They have no customer service, and I will NOT be renewing my lease.
