I used their plumbing division to re-pipe my entire house after a material failure in my original plumbing. I also use them to maintain my Lennox heat pump system. I can’t say enough positive about this company and its personnel. (The people make the company, right?) From the office staff to the service and installation technicians, I have found them to be caring,, professional and genuinely interested in doing the job right. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing its services.
We have been using ProTech since it was Payless....We have had them in for plumbing and AC issues. They come when they say they will be here. Their staff is always friendly, professional and treat us like they have known us for years. This past Monday our tech was Stacy. He was super nice and even after a long, hot day he came after 5pm and still managed to have a smile on his face and treated us as if we were the beginning of his day. I have recommended then to friends and will continue to do so
ProTech is a professional-class HVAC installation company that gave me a good deal and sent a smart, courteous crew to install three, mini-split AC/Heat systems in my metal home. Adaptations had to be made, and the crew’s expertise showed when they made on-the-spot modifications to get the job done. I feel like I can trust ProTech to stand by its work, including the long warranties that came with my Mitsubishi brand systems. My long experience in hiring contractors teaches me that honesty is only 50%; competency is the other. ProTech meets both those criteria. I'm glad they service my region of Central Georgia.
ProTech is always a pleasure to deal with. The support staff always keeps me informed of when to expect a technician. Last week I needed to make change at the last minute. They were able to accommodate me by coming a little later. The technicians are friendly and professional. I've had a maintenance agreement with ProTech for a number of years.
