Exceptionally helpful in terms of showing me how to drive a big truck and hook up the pull behind trailer. Also let me pick up the truck early when it was available early. Much better deal than U-Haul.

Customer service was outstanding! The wonderful lady at the desk was very friendly and explained everything! There was some last minute changes from one way to round trip, but she understood everything. She is very great! If I could give more stars, I definitely would!
