Vicki's eloquent southern hospitality made Hurricane Irma a tolerable experience, for many -- including animals. Domestic tidiness was offered daily, even during loss of power.

It wasn't too bad. I usually prefer a more upscale hotel stay, however we were very thankful for the 1 available room left.
Worst experience ever!! Keep in mind I normally stay in hotels in this price range for business, but this stay was the worst. We booked for two nights, and the first night our door would not lock. We did not notice until we left for work, but we did leave earlier in the day so it is possible our room was left open. We then were transferred rooms. In the second room half of the electricity did not work! Only two outlets, out of the total four, worked in the whole room. The bathroom had soap scum everywhere and mold, but that is to be expected for this price. There were also stains in the sheets that looked like blood stains. Lastly, the wifi here is the absolute worst. So do not plan to use any kind of wifi when staying here. We did take our complaints to the office and received little to no help at all in resolving the issues.
Front desk clerk was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and area was quiet. It has a nice breakfast and again very helpful staff. Would stay again
