i love this place! I always look forward to coming for my checkup! the staff is all so wonderful and nice! if I have a problem, they fix it right away! ive never had any trouble with Dr. Kirk or Dr. Gina and I left my old doctor to come here and It is wonderful!

I really need to find another doctor! I only go once a year to this doctor but I've really had enough know now. A year ago apparently mt cholesterol came back slightly high - did anyone call and tell me - NOPE!! How'd I find out - a year later at my next appt they asked me if I had been keeping an eye on this - told them NO! Why would I? -- Then this visit they call and leave me a voicemail on my cell phone on a Friday telling me to call them back Monday- figure its for some test results - so I have to go allll weekend without knowing whats going on - then call them Monday morning - they are suppose to turn their phones on at 9am but guess what -they didn't till 925 and then when I do finally get them on the phone - they put me on hold for 5 mins- then when I tell them what Im calling for I'm told there isnt a NURSE available to give me my results that I'd have to wait till 230! WTF? Really??? This practice is really unprofessional and I believe I am DONEEE with this office! I do not recommend this office to anyone - go some where else!!
I have at times had unsatisfactory experience s with some of the staff, however, after speaking with Dr. Kirk about the attitudes, he has taken care of it.
Dr. Kirk and Dr. Gina are really nice. I'm not going to give a bad review but some of the staff quickly will get an attitude. But I get one back. Simply put. Keep up the awesome job Dr. Lawrence Kirk.
I have never felt like I was being rushed through my visits. He and Gina both are great at finding out what's wrong with their patients.
I have been going to Dr. Gina Kirk for 10 years now, and I've always liked her and her nurses. However, I've recently had to deal with Pam in the office, and her customer service is awful. The two times I've had to deal with her (both over the phone, never in person), she has been uninterested in my request, has given me half-informed answers, and develops a worse attitude when I ask for my question or request to be handled more specifically. Because of this, when people ask me for recommendations on a local primary physician, I always mention Dr. Kirk with a warning: "The doctors and nurses are awesome, but you may have to deal with some attitude from the office." I will say that generally poor customer service causes me to leave an establishment, but I've also dealt with great people in the office here just as recently, who were willing to help me and did so without any attitude. I guess it's just the luck of the draw.
I have always been treated with dignity and respect from both of them.
