Always use their units! Friendly staff and always ready to help and assist when needed! This facility stays very close to 90-100% full! Thats a sign of a excellent facility!
I just recently started renting a unit here. I thought I was set up automatic payments, but receive a nasty letter in the mail saying they put a Lein on my stuff for non payment. Went in there today to take care of it. I still don't know why I have to pay the $25 late fee. It was your fault, not mine.
I typically wash my car here and have never had an issue with it. I love the convenience of using my card rather than cash. Recently, they had an issue with their billing process and I received charges to my credit card from months ago. At first I was upset about the situation; I thought someone had stolen my information. Then, I called and spoke with a young lady and she informed me of the situation and it all made sense. Very knowledgeable about their billing process and known issues.
3 dollars for a self service wash. Doesn't include the price of the vacuum. I don't think so. $1.50 is the magic number for self service.
