Phillips Tire and Automotive is the best local repair shop I've ever been to. He only uses quality parts and his service is hands down, world class.
Came in with a flat tire and needed help but lady up from was very indifferent as she said "nope, we're just getting ready to close soon" and then turned to another person behind the counter and smirked.
Mr. Phillips wife is very rude, has a terrible attitude with everyone. In my opinion, she doesn't need to be up under her husband all the time while he is trying to run his business. Mr. Phillips himself is a good hearted person and very knowledgeable about what he does. I would rate higher if not for his wife being the terrible person that she is.
I drove slowly across the street to another shop that took me in right away and fixed my flat tire.
