This restaurant is always clean and the staff is great. The staff member Cacey Reason had the best attitude and was very nice to me. She got my order out fast. The best thing about this fast food restaurants are the bathrooms, every time I come here the bathrooms are neat and clean. There is a lot of seating areas for different numbers of people.
Possibly the worse place ever to stop for something quick to eat, staff is slow and rude plus always airing personal business in front of potential customers or people trying to eat . Definitely don't use the drive thru anytime of the day , only because their going to get the food wrong or forget something you've asked for , so if you gotta eat something quick in Byron, skip by McDonald's
Ms. Jamie and her crew were absolutely phenomenal. We placed an order over the phone during one of our athletic trips and they nailed it. Ms. Jamie and staff were extremely nice, fast, and thorough. We recommend them if you are in the area or passing by!
The staff at this McDonald's is terrible. Absolutely rude, and wanted to blame me for their mistakes. I showed them the receipt for what I paid for and the girl argued with me and then just said it's OK tho, for their mistake. I will not go back to this store bc I feel like if you work in customer service you should atleast be pleasant. The cashier was rude and made it very clear she wasn't happy. I don't appreciate having a cashier roll their eyes at me and be downright rude and unprofessional. This store needs new staff. Seriously.
